Mindset

When we are working to meet a goal, it is essential to celebrate small victories along the way in order to increase motivation and enjoy the journey! Work with your kids this week to help guide them through breaking down their goals and choosing ways to celebrate!

Workout

Our movement focus for this week is "inversion" so we will will be doing a variety of activities that get us upside down! Today we will work on the handstand kick-up, cartwheels, and even a few star jumps! Find an open wall and some space and get your body moving

Coach Jared Ronai, head men's basketball coach at MVNU, teaches about the game of basketball and provides 4 different movements to work on to help you improve your basketball game even if you are just beginning!
